a little about me

I NEVER felt comfortable in my own skin. In high school, college and beyond. After getting married I struggled a lot with yo-yo dieting. Trying all the fad diets and exercise programs that I could do for a month and then would fail and fall off.
Throw in three pregnancies and two daughters later. Trying to juggle it all.... I lost myself. 
I looked happy on the outside but inside I was miserable. Food became my comfort.



What God intended to fuel my body I would use to punish myself with. I later became obsessed with exercise. I thought that’s what I needed to do to get results. Eating healthy meant salads and veggies for every meal.


I got to a point where I would watch others and would wish I could somehow be there.
But had come to the conclusion that where I was was the best it could be.


But in my gut I knew there had to be something else. 
Something that I didn’t have to buy shakes, pills, or wraps.
Something that I wouldn't have to cram my food into little containers only to be hungry hours later.


I started researching it. And I felt God urging me to give it a try.
(I mean I had spent way more than what they were asking and not getting results)
ONE LAST TRY- I remember thinking. Something about this seemed so different…
So I took a leap of faith.

I want to wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! And I want to thank you for helping me on my journey to get healthier. I cannot believe how easy and successful this program is! I actually weigh what my driver's license says I weigh!! That has not happened in over a decade!! I have exceeded my goals and am currently maintaining. I feel great! THANK YOU!

This program has done more than I can put into words. This past 6 weeks has given me tools I can implement the rest of my life. This has given me such freedom from food, freedom from the scale, and freedom from needless intense exercising. I love knowing that I don't have to be strict and perfect with the foods I eat and I will still see awesome results. I feel like the heavy weight of getting in shape has been lifted off my shoulders because this program makes it so much easier.

I'm so thankful I'm going through this program. The support that I get from others in the group is amazing. I am learning how to eat healthy and learning to love the foods that I eat! I understand how it feels to be frustrated by the fitness and nutrition myths, confusion, and misinformation presented online, by your doctor, and by well-meaning friends and family members.
